Refund policy
Returns can be made within 7 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific order.
Gift cards and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To start a return, you can contact info@brabantdesignstudio.com. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and customers will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Refunds
Once returns are received and accepted, you will be issued a shop credit for a future purchase. We will notify via email once this has been completed. You will receive a refund of the value of the goods returned but NOT the value of any shipping paid.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
